Refund policy

All sales are final. No refunds or returns accepted. 

If you have received an item that has a significant factory defect it can be exchanged within 72 hours of you receiving your order. Customers must email info@innermotives.co within 72 hours of their package being delivered to submit their exchange request. 

When submitting an exchange request customers must include the following:
- Order number in the title of the email
- Your name
- Your request
- A clear photo of the defect in question

Items must be returned for exchange in their original, brand new condition with printed receipt. No items that have been worn, washed, damaged (aside from what has been reported for exchange), or altered will be accepted for exchange. Customers must pay for return shipping costs when shipping items back for exchange. We reserve the right to accept exchange requests on a case by case basis. 

If your order contains an error on our end, such as receiving the wrong size or missing an item, please email info@innermotives.co and we will sort it out for you. 

We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.
